BLT deals that are making through ROFR

My niece finally heard Disney waived their ROFR on her BLT contract 160 point Aug UY all 2014, 2015, 2016 points $93.75PP buyer pays closing. She is so excited and I am excited for her!

Per my DH, wdrl, DVD ROFRd only one BLT contract in November, a June UY, 125 points at $88 per point. And so far in the first two days of December 2014 an April UY contract for 170 points for just over $98 per point was taken back by DVD via ROFR.

Wdrl doesn't keep tract if the contract was fully loaded or stripped.

We passed 75 Point contract all 2015 & 2016 Points $95.00 Point

Just PASSED (270) points at $92/PP---honestly didn't think it would make it through, after reading some of the ROFR threads. Full 2015 (and on) points--so I think we got a hell of a deal.

Best thing is it only took (2) weeks for ROFR. I would hope to have my new points loaded by January--and be able to book our late-October vacation well within the 11-month window.
