BLT 2 bedroom price

does anyone know what the dvc price is per night at BLT in july. I am lookingand see I am short about 21 points and figured that to be 315.00 plus the points I already have for only 2 nights. That seems absurd to me.

Lowest rack rates I see for July is $773 per night for a 2-bedroom Lake View.

Rack rate for a week night for a 2 BR @ BLT is $773 PER NIGHT. Weekend nights would be more.

$315 to buy the points you need from member services doesn't sound too bad.

Thanks wow inflation has taken its toll after being so lucky to own DVC guess weve lost track of the current real world Disney prices

21 is the points they are short, the total for the room for that night is going to be more. Weekdays is between 48 and 64 depending on the view, weekends 57 to 76.

Rack rate for lake view May 31 to July 13 is $954 plus tax. July 14 to August 17 is $773 plus tax. The 25% member discount might be available. May want to crunch numbers to see if it's worth paying cash for a night and saving the points rather than buying the 21.

thats correct Debbie. I think we will just save and stay elsewhere our last two nights I just could not believe BLT was that much over the other resorts. Even with location and all I guess its just a price point for us after seeing the amount over all other resorts in DVC

The cost of this is the reason we decided to buy DVC in the first place. 10 nights in a BLT 2 bedroom for my wedding was over 7k. Instead of giving it to CRO, We used it as a down payment for DVC!

I would save the points and stay elsewhere.
