I thought I'd post this here for anyone interested...wasn't sure if anyone on the later med cruises would be reading the May 5 meet thread.

I just spent a couple of hours posting this on a blog page, so I really don't feel like typing it back in here. The first post at the bottom of the page is probably not relavant unless you're a mileage runner.
