Blizzard Beach-when is it closed?

Going to Disney 11-27 thru 12-03 and want to go to Blizzard Beach, I have read that it will be closed from mid Nov to Dec but then I went onto the Disney site and they show Oct 23-31st.
Does anyone have the correct information??
