Congratulations! We've been to both several times and prefer Blizzard Beach. The family raft ride is much longer at BB and the other slides are longer and less bumpy! Typhoon Lagoon has a more tropical look and the wave pool is really fun, but if you love water slides, BB is the way to go. Have a great time on your honeymoon!

We love them both, but if I were on my honeymoon I think I would go to TL for the tropical atmosphere.

Both parks are great. Which one to go to depends on what you like to do most at water parks. TL has the better wave pool, Shark Reef is a lot of fun, and I really like the tropical theming. BB has the better slides and better family raft ride.

I'm sure you'll have a great time at either one!

I definitely prefer Typhoon Lagoon! I guess it comes down to a matter of personal preference, but for me the atmosphere at TL is awesome! It is so relaxing and the tropical foliage is beautiful! Over the years I've never minded waiting in lines there because it gave me time to just admire the landscaping. I've never been to a more beautiful lazy river. I love the wave pool and shark reef, too. I think the water rides they have are fun, though I can't say they are the absolute best ones I've ever been on. But, since I go there to not only have fun on the water rides but to just plain lounge around, Typhoon Lagoon is my favorite water park!

Do both parks have a lazy river and
a wave pool?

Can you leave and re-enter the same
waterpark on 1 plus pass?

yes, both parks have both the lazy river and the wave pool.

no, i don't think you can do both in one day on one plus option. even though it's the same day it would require two plus options to do both water parks.

which lazy river has the fewest snake sightings????

"no, i don't think you can do both in one day on one plus option. even though it's the same day it would require two plus options to do both water parks."

What I was wondering is if you can leave and re-enter the same waterpark in the same day?

Do the surf lessons at Typhoon Lagoon one morning. They are AWESOME! You have to pre book , it is prior to opening costs I think $125. It was a favorite of my DW and I. We did it two years in a row.
