Blizzard Beach at 2am?

Here's something new from Disney. Apparently, for the last week of October and all of November, if you want to visit Blizzard Beach, you must do so between 2am and 4am park hours

I assume they have made a mistake (rehab instead maybe) but for a second i did think it would be kind of cool to have a middle of the night party.

They have corrected that. It now says it's being refurbished in November.
