Black Friday-Please deals only....

I'm a little confused so if someone could clear this up I would REALLY appreciate it. If I can order the Target iPad deal with the gift card and choose store pick up, will I get my gift card when I pick it up or will it be shipped to me? I would like to be able to use the $100 to get a few deals while I'm there. Thanks!

Oh, sneaky! They hid it kind of in the middle. Thanks for the link! I wonder how many they'll have on hand.
Yes, I think it seems sneaky, too. :rotfl: I'm not sure why it caught my eye. I wasn't going to go shopping on BF but now I see things in that Target ad I want for gifts. If I can talk DH into going with me, we should be in and out quick. :yay:

Are the door buster ads from Best Buy going to be available online? That is one of the two stores (Target being the other) that I don't want to have to fight to get the deals. I usually am looking at things from WalMart, but BB has the tv for $199 and I would rather get it online.

How do we tell if the target stuff will be avail online? Seems like last year everything I wanted was, but not sure.

What is the return policy on that stuff? If it is long enough, I would buy it. Just don't open it, and then return if it is cheaper on BF.
I just bought a bunch of video games and infinity characters at Target and my receipt says return by 2/24/15. I was surprised about this for the video games but its in black & white.
This is a really good sale. If I come across anything cheaper, I can return the ones from Target.

I am considering purchasing now too. My ds6 is getting an xbox 360 for Christmas, and he wants mine craft, disney infinity, and trap team.
I have a rx 5% off, red card 5% off, but my free game is the $20 mine craft which isn't so great.

It brings the trap team and infinity games down to about $60 each. Wondering if I can wait and get them online for the Thanksgiving prices. What to do, what to do?

Almost finished with my video game shopping. Bought 12 games at Target yesterday, so I only need to buy the DI 2.0 stuff and the two games that release on 11/21 and 12/5. I finally feel like I'm making progress! :rotfl:

Are the walmart deals going to be available online as well? If so, when?
6 is just too darn early to go shopping :(

When the actual ad comes out (usually up to a week before, sometimes the DAY before) the online items will be noted. None of the big doorbusters are offered online but I've never wanted them either. I always do Walmart online for Black Friday, not worth the crowds imho, I don't even like that store on regular days! :lmao:

I got a sneak peek email from Best Buy and in fine print under the Panasonic $199 tv it says in store only. I was also hoping to get one online.

Not to say it'll definitely happen this year, but last year, Infinity & Swap Force were both brought down to their Thanksgiving prices online a couple of days BEFORE Black Friday. Amazon ran a lightning deal on SF, which I'm hoping for again because that was what caused Target & Walmart to go ahead & drop their online prices.

Can anyone tell me how Walmart handles BF lines if they are open 24 hours? How are the lines organized, that kind of thing. I've never been there on BF (avoided at all costs), but it looks like this year I'll have to try it. Do they make you line up outside, even though the store is open 24 hours?

DS wants Marvel 2.0 and Lego Benny's Spaceship, but the only way I can get both is if I get the BF price for Marvel 2.0. There are also some Blu-Rays that I want to get, so I'll mostly be in the electronics dept. I need to get in and out since I also want to go to Target.

At our Wal-Mart, they spread the deals out throughout the store and you line up next to what you want.

That was the deal I got for swap force on Amazon last year. I couldn't remember when it was I bought it though. I'm going to watch that again this year, that would be great.

You can go inside Walmart and wait in line for the item you want. It is kind of nice because you don't have to wait outside in the cold. The bad thing is that each item will have it's own line and if you want multiple deals you have to have people shopping with you or hope you can make it to another deal before they run out. Your Walmart will have a store map printed up that shows you where the lines are located. If you want to be able to leave the parking lot easily, park far away from the store, close to the exit. At my local Walmart cars are not even allowed to drive in front of the store, it is blocked with barriers and security. Watch for early deals(Amazon, Target, Walmart) on Marvel 2.0, last year you could buy version 1 and Skylanders online a week before BF and get it shipped to you for free. That worked out great for me.

Unfortunately, it's a *very* slow process at any of the stores, Walmart included. You'll stand in line to get your item. Then you have to go to the front of the store to purchase the item. It will be at least a couple of hours, not including the time you spent in line before the 6pm release time. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
