does anyone know the difference between the XBox 360 or the XBox 360 Arcarde?? I've noticed alot of people will have the arcade version onsale on BF? Before I consider just want to make sure it will be worth it. DS(16) plays Rock Band and Guitar Hero, will the arcade handle that??

Ok I've just consulted an expert on the subject (my 16 yo DS who's BEGGING for an XBOX for chirstmas/birthday) and he says the Arcade version has no hard drive. When I said someone was asking if it's sufficient for a 16 yo who plays Guitar Hero and Rock Band, this was his response "Um.... If thats the ONLY thing He'll be playin. But then he needs to buy memory cards. She'd be better off gettin a 360 with a small hard drive."he's so well-spoken isn't he?
HTH anyway. Because I certainly have no clue.

Thanks, makes the desicion not to get the arcade easier, he does play alot of things, but if there is no hard drive there's alot he couldn't do, explains why it is so much cheaper, guess we can hope for a good deal on the regular 360 !!

I'm in Mass and our outlet store in Wrenthem last year opened at midnight, the highway was backed up for hours and hours even at that hr. I'm not sure if there were good sales or not, but not worth waiting in three hours of traffic.

For people looking at the X-BOX 360 . Go for the more expensive one not the arcade one . I have the x-box 360 and without a harddrive the thing is not so great . We use it all the time my two DD's love it . Always playing rockband . If you get it get the x-box live membership ( $50 a year I think) but you can download games and more songs for your rockband.

We have almost all the systems out there and I say that the Wii and x-box aare both great .


BTW got my DS a new Nintendo DS , with Wall-e game and case this week at Toys r us for $154 . Not bad at all since the system is 129 , the case was 20 and the game was 30 .

Need cheap size 7 black tall uggs . ANY IDEAS ? they are never in stock and $160 .
