I am so glad I found other BF junkies! I love BF shopping. DH thinks I'm crazy but he doesn't understand how much fun it is. For me, BF gets me in the Christmas mood.

This year I have my sights set on a set of upright washer and dryers. Keeping my fingers crossed that Sears will come through for me!!

Yep! That store frustrates me and I have two girls who wear their clothes. I'm suppose to go shopping with them this weekend to start getting stuff that will sell out quickly for back to school and it's hard to keep them focused. (I'm having surgery next Wednesday, so I have to start now and right after I recover.)

Anyway, the kids head straight for the junk section in the back. They can get it only if they bring their own money.

I'm in. Looking for a kayak or paddleboard for DH, legos and american girl doll for DD, son probably ipod touch or Nintendo DS or PPS

I ned to check out target and get organinzed. 3 nephews to but and a niece. also

KMart is having 50% off their clearance price this week. There was a container of legos for $6. These were just regular legos - no theme. They also had some Harry Potter legos on clearance (train and Weasley home), but my store didn't have any of those. But yours might.

I have already started shopping and am looking forward to BF!!! Although, by Black Friday I am usually done Christmas shopping (as far as toys go) and am looking ahead to birthdays!

I do not have a long list yet, but will be looking at clothes for my siblings, and toys for the niceces and nephews. Between the clearance sales at Kmart and Target this week, DS is basically done except for that one thing that he decides he HAS to have a few weeks before Christmas.

I have my whole christmas shopping list together for this year! Unfortunately, basically everything on my list is not a black friday sale item. But that is okay! Black friday is more for me anyways! And I love to people watch and see everyone going crazy over some of the items


How early do you guys buy electronics?? I plan on getting my mom a nook color and am planning on buying it early with rewards points. I just worry about the warranty!

Well I got some good deals at the Target Toy Clearance yesterday. I have all of my neices and nephews done and I started on my kids.

I also started on my list for the kids.

DS10 wants a guitar and I am sure he is going to want new hockey gear so maybe I can get the guitar on sale during BF. I think Toys R Us had the best deal last year on them. He also loves stuff from Old Navy, which I hit up on Thanksgiving Day instead of BF.

DS12 most likely is going to want a PSP not sure what else

DD7 wants a new bike, DS game system (just need to figure out if should get her 3D or not); Dog chair from Justice; she needs lugage even if she doesn't want it.

I got the boys luggage last year at Kohls for great deal so hoping to get her same this year. My boys also love getting new shoes and Kohls had a great sale as well on them.

I usually don't go for the HOT items but I always find deals on things we need. (like pillows)

Thanks! I plan on buying the extended 2 year warranty. Maybe I will hold off on that until October or November. I have staples rewards so some rewards expire before others. I have some rewards now so maybe I will buy the case and screen protector for the nook color, and then get the nook color later on.

I should do the online bf sales! I haven't done those before. I am already working on what my christmas decorations are going to be.

Great deals That is why I actually start shopping for christmas presents before bf. Unless it is a mjaor electronics item. I will have the christmas shopping done and wrapped by bf, but I plan on still going!!

Count me in... It is a tradition with my MIL and SIL to go shopping on BF. However, I'm the only one that still needs TRU, and since it opens early, I normally go there first.

We have a tradition that on Thanksgiving, we cook at my house. After lunch is cleaned up and the dining room table is clear, we spread out the papers and start are plotting. Since we are all kind of into needing to go to different stores, we make a list of who needs what from where. We wind up shopping independently and calling/texting each other. We then meet for breakfast and have to give each other purchases we made for the other and straightening out money. It's crazy but fun. The year my daughter was born, my husband insisted that he helped shop for her. I couldn't get him to understand that BF was not for browsing, but for grabbing and go. He's never been back. The one experience traumatized him.

Men are so clueless! I was going by myself one year and my dad asked if he could meet me there, because he knew he wouldn't stay as long as I was. We went into the Michael Kors outlet and this woman had 4 handbags and my dad told her she must have a lot of money to put in those bags. I thought she was going to punch him in the face He was amazed at how much people spent in those stores!! LOL!

Oh, how I understand this! The time I took my DH, I was 7 months pregnant and my MIL insisted that I shouldn't go alone. So, my darling DH said he'd go. He didn't understand that when I said I wanted to be at the store at 3 am I meant it. He didn't understand when I sent him off to get the down comforter that I wanted him to go DIRECTLY there and grab one. I think I only got 1 of the huge list of things I wanted. He really was awful! He swore he would never go again. And he never has. I think he was afraid I might beat him to death if he ever attempted to do BF with me again. Now I go with Mom.

I think the thing that really did him in was the lady that still had curlers in her hair at 5 a.m. that kept pushing her cart into him. LOL! Yeah, I told him "go get this" and "go get this"... And, I got neither. When we finally got out of TRU, he looked and me and asked could he leave. Thank goodness, I was smart enough to get us to drive separate. He packed the car with my purchases and left quickly.

Love shopping BF! It's the adrenaline rush!
