Black Friday and Target Taylor Swift release question

ok, not sure if anyone here will have an answer, and I already tried contacting Target but no definite answer. The Eras tour book is being released in stores on Friday, stores open at 6am. Got that part down. But then the book will be released on Saturday the 30th, online. what time does that mean? midnight? and which time zone. I would love to get the book for DD, but have already heard of people lining up at midnight on Thanksgiving, waiting for stores to open Friday morning at 6. I don't think I can do that and would love to get it online. Just have no idea the time. Thoughts?
