Good morning team. It is very early but it is going to be a crazy day. I will probably not get back here until tomorrow. I am giving a workshop today and then it is band concert tonight.

Good morning everyone.

I had a gain today of 1.4 lbs. I can't seem to have a good loss one week, not followed by a gain. One more weighin next week. I can make it count!!!

I had a gain of a little over a pound too and I am not doing so well on the challenge. I am really trying hard this week.

I have to do that Prevention Survey so that will get me something for the week.
 
Hi guys! I'm down .6 ugh! I have added the extra 15 min twice this week and also added an extra day! Instead of 4 days, I did 5. I feel like I've tried so hard, but not much to show for it. I guess that's how it goes though...

Good morning. I am just totaling up the losses and gains for yesterday. I did get on the scale yesterday and the 4 pounds I lost last week found me again this week. Not a good week. I am going into the last week of the challenge exactly where I was on Sept 4th. Not great. I started feeling sorry for my self but I had to think about what has happened in the last 4 months. I went through another bout with my throat and my knee has been very sore until this last week. I went through all of this without gaining anything. I know it is because I was accountable to you guys each week. Thank you for all your moral support even when I couldn't work out because I was sick or sore or both. I know I am going into the Christmas season and the new year not as slim as I would like but not as heavy as I could be.

I have to get to work and get somethings done for classes today.
 
we are on the homestretch of our BL challenge....though it's a busy time of year our final challenge focuses on giving back to others

share with your team in your weekly thread a family holiday tradition -- 5 pts for posting -- max 5 pts


visit www.thebreastcancersite.com, follow the tabs and click to give supporting the 6 different webpages (Hunger, Breast cancer, Literacy, Rainforest, Child Health and Animal Rescue) -- 5 pts for each day you click all 6 sites -- max 30 pts


This challenge is meant to motivate you...not to stress you! You may choose to complete one or two of the tasks, or all of them. Let this challenge be want you need it to be.....to CHALLENGE YOU!

The challenge begins on Thursday December 13th at 12:01 a.m. and ends on Tuesday December 18th at midnight. Your final score must be reported in to your team captain by Wednesday December 19th at noon (note change in routine due to our FINAL WEIGH IN!)

Suggestion – print out the task list and keep it handy to mark off each time you complete one for easy and accurate record
 
Hey there, it sounds like it was a tough weighin for most of us.

Dona- I'm right there with you at my starting weight. Only down .6 overall, but if I hadn't been trying, I could be much higher. You have had a rough time with your throat and knee, and when we feel lousy, it is so easy to fall off plan, so kudos to you for sticking with it.

FormrCastMbr- sorry you had a gain too. Hang in there, and you will lose it next week for our finale.

postesf-Congratulations to you on your loss. You should celebrate every little bit. All those .6 pounds do add up, and you are consistent. It's is so frustrating how slowly it comes off, even when we work so hard.

I only got 5 points for this weeks challenge. Next weeks challenge has some great things to do, but it's such a busy time of year, I hope I get to do them.

Sorry I have been absent. Our internet went down, then was spotty for a day and now seems to be back up again. I didn't get to report in my challenge points but there was definitely not enough to push us into first!
I am sick with an awful cold - so congested and achy. Since I can't take any medication, I feel terrible! Hopefully this disappears soon!

I've had a crazy week. A lot of sick calls at work, so I've been working extra hours, and my mom ended up in the hospital thursday with respiratory problems, and Christmas is just 10 days away! I actually have not been stress eating, which is good. I have monday off for a doctors appointment, and then hope to hit the stores while my son is in school and finish up. I need to make a holiday grocery list and get to the store monday, and next weekend will do all my baking and cooking.

Geetey- Hope you feel better soon. It sounds like you have what is going around here. Hang in there.

Good Monday morning. I am winding down with things. I have to get copies of pictures before I send out the Christmas card but someone gave us a really nice picture of all 4 of us taken at ds2's Eagle ceremony in Aug. We just got it last week. Off to the photo booth at SHop Rite to make copies. That is the hardest part is getting the picture. I usually do a letter but it has to be short and sweet or dh will not approve it. I have some great Pooh Christmas paper that I will use. I have a couple more presents to buy and then I have to think about Christmas Day food. It has been pretty much the same buffet for the last few years so there really is only the matter of buying it and fixing it.

I hope everyone is doing okay. Don't forget that the challenge is still going on and the final weigh is due tomorrow. The challenge also ends tomorrow so don't forget.
