Good morning everyone. I hope everyone's numbers are as good as mine were for this first week. I lost 5 pounds this first week. :banana: :banana: :banana:

Well, it's my first week back at "ddoing something" and I'm down a pound! At first I was bummed, but then I got thinking at least it's not a gain!
 
I posted already on the week 1 thread.
I've lost 1.6 kg, which is about 3.5 pounds!
 

.2 down, but I thought I was up. With the :bride: in less then a week, I have been living off granola bars and quick grab food.
 
Morning all,

I posted on the other thread also. I am down 2.5. Should have been better but never got to the gym this week.

I will promise to exercise this week, but we will be on the wonder for 4 days and then WDW so I can't promise the diet thing.

Joannel - good luck with your exercise while cruising and at WDW. We leave in 2 weeks for Magic/WDW and I hope not to explode upwards!:rotfl2:

Good morning Black Team! I am down 2.6lbs this week! Yay! I will not be around to weigh in next Friday as I will be in Florida. Hope y'all have a great week!

Morning Team! I am down 3.5 lbs. It's bittersweet for me. I know that a loss, ANY loss is progress - BUT, I worked so hard this week. I worked out 2 hours every day. I did not eat anything that was not on my plan. I weighed and measured all portions. I carefully watched my salt, I drank about 14 glasses of water everyday. I guess I was hoping for more. Especially since DH stayed OP about 80% of the time, he doesn't exercise and HE lost 8 lbs. this week.

So I had to do some math - if I can keep up a 3.5 weight loss every week until my trip, I will only be 15 lbs from my goal weight!

Just did Wii fit today - step, hula hoops, boxing and some tightrope walking. Those hoops will kill me yet. Heart rate monitor said about 400 calories, not bad.

Looks like everyone is doing really well!! I'm off to WI at WW soon, then will WI here. I'm not too optimistic! I know I'm up at WW....probably 2 - 3 lbs since I last went on 8/14. I'm HOPING I'm down something here.

I'm down 7 lbs, woo hoo! I did pretty good on my eating (although there was a little room for improvement) and I'm working a new exercise plan and did that every day without fail. Thanks for the motivation team!
 
Popping in quickly between WI and dentist. Down 1.1 for BL6! At this point I'll take ANY LOSS!!!

Unfortunately, up 2.6 at WW....but I haven't been in over a month & I did keep of .4 from the time before. Still WAY up from being gone 3+ weeks in the summer....oh well....

we WILL do this!!!
 
Congrats everyone! I posted on the other thread (I rely on my subscriptions way too much I guess!) So I will post it again - I lost 6 lbs!

Now the amount I need to lose is no longer in triple digits! Yeah me!:banana:
 
I was up 1lb this week. Stayed OP, exercised, and did everything right. Hoping for a loss next week. It's so frustrating at times. :headache:
 
Wow! If I can add the 14 people who have reported here have lost over 42 POUNDS this week!!!

Think of it!! We've lost a kindergartener!!!! (and PLEASE, NO ONE put out a Code ADAM on this one!!!!)) :rotfl: We don't want IT back!!!

I decided that WI day would be the only day I use any Flex Points (a WW thing) and I am today, but w/ a bit more control than usual! We will stay OP this weekend!!! Won't we??!!!!???!!!!???
 
I think I'm down a pound. I forgot the number I weighed in at last Friday. My weekly WW weigh in is on Saturday mornings and never matches my home scale. Next week I'm going to kick up the exercise! I have to Brownie Girl Scout troops and this week I was caught up in meeting planning and meetings. Now with 3 weeks until my next meeting I can focus on ME!!!:goodvibes
