My goal for this weekend is to get some exercise and try not to eat any cake at my niece's bday party on sunday! I feel like my will power is getting better. I did great with eating yesterday until dinnertime. My DD had a basketball game and we ended up going to a Mexican rest (groan!!). I ate way less than i would have in the past. We just shared an appetizer and i tried not to eat too many chips! It was tough! Today is going great so far. Good luck this weekend!


. So I am back on track today, got my bottle of water right next to me and praying I either break even tomorrow or do not gain more than a pound! Just caught up on all of the thread and I am doing this for me but I am very much a team player and want to see us ALL succeed. Heck I am not even totally mortified any more knowing that I am looking at losing a whole person
