On to more important things. I am taking the challenge to lose weight really for myself. I do have many activities planned, 2
Disney cruise next year, would love to do the Minnie in May and Marathon weekend in January 2009, that help me stay motivated.
What did I get out of the weekly challenge?
Drinking more water. I have always been a full sugar soda girl. I switched at the beginning of this year to diet, now that is all I drink. I have been trying to drink more water and the challenge helped me to do that. The hard thing is I hate tap water and when we eat out most restaurants don't have bottled water. I have to bring my own.
What is my new habit? I think drinking more water then soda. I started working graveyards recently and it has been difficult. I have not eaten a meal after 10 pm, and no soda after 10p. I drink water from 10p until breakfast at home.
Here is my exercise plan for the week:
Wednesday: 20 minutes of walking, 10 mins of stretching
Thursday: 20 minutes of walking, 10 mins of stretching
Friday: 30 minutes of walking morning, 15 minutes of walking early evening, 20 mins of stretching
Saturday: 35 mins if walking (morning), 20 minutes of walking early evening, 20 mins of stretching.
