Bit time mistake

DH finally "allowed" me to cut the grass with the tractor. It took me almost all day - the neighbors were hooting because I was running the tractor at speed 1 and when I got braver 2 - while they all run theirs at 5.

I was so impressed with myself I decided to finish the job and got out the weed wacker. I sliced off half a monkshood, half a peony and about 4 iris. I will never use that thing again.

Oh, I am so with you on this one.

I won't go near a weedwhacker....probably whack a few toes off in the process.

I don't do lawns either....heaven knows what I'd do to the lawnmower, the lawn and/or myself! LOL

I make it a rule to not use REALLY sharp KNIVES either! LOL!

I odn't let DH near the lawn mower and heaven forbid a weed whacker.

Don't worry about the neighbours marlasmom, you were just taking your time, doing a perfect job!

Weed whackers are dangerous, better the flowers getting ouched than you!!!
