Bistro de Paris - still the same??

I went there with my 16 year old daughter in July. She has wanted to try this restaurant for a very long time, especially since she is now studying french in school. The food and service were superb. We did have a lengthy meal, probably 2 hours, but this is what I would expect from a restaurant of that type. We did not feel rushed at all. Every food item we were served was delicious and the presentations were beautiful. Bistro is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants on Disney property.

Last two visits didn't impress (entrees had exactly what ElizabethB referred to as the "smother sauce" - one was the lobster entree). Signed up for the French regional lunch in a couple of weeks so we'll be giving it another go.
