We have just started going to Ted's Montana Grill and let me tell you, Bison/Buffalo isn't a cheap entree. The main reason we can justify the cost is the fact that it's a delicious piece of meat that is lower in fat. We both are trying our best to decrease our fat intake.
Below, you will find the generally offered pricing of their Bison entrees. We actually tried Bison at Epcot at the F&W Festival last year. Bison, properly prepared, is NOT dry. Even though it's lower in fat, it can be very tender and juicy. If they can do it right at the F&W Fest, why can't Artist Point? I am disappointed to hear that they messed this up. I would most definately expect a
