We have just started going to Ted's Montana Grill and let me tell you, Bison/Buffalo isn't a cheap entree. The main reason we can justify the cost is the fact that it's a delicious piece of meat that is lower in fat. We both are trying our best to decrease our fat intake.

Below, you will find the generally offered pricing of their Bison entrees. We actually tried Bison at Epcot at the F&W Festival last year. Bison, properly prepared, is NOT dry. Even though it's lower in fat, it can be very tender and juicy. If they can do it right at the F&W Fest, why can't Artist Point? I am disappointed to hear that they messed this up. I would most definately expect a :woohoo: "WoW" at Artist Point, not an :headache: and "Ugh". Oh, and at our Ted's Montana Grill, the 8oz filet of Bison is $42.00.

Bison is wonderful!! Well, it is when it is prepared right. The Ted's Montana Grill here isn't quite that expensive, but Buffalo is an expensive meat. Even Ruby Tuesday's is now offering a Buffalo burger, and yes - this is a burger made with buffalo meat, not some weird hamburger soaked in buffalo wing sauce!! :rotfl:

I would recommend trying Buffalo, and if you think it is dry - send it back! It wasn't cooked properly!
