GB,
It sounds like such a wonderful last day.

IASW... What daddy's girls want, daddy's girls get! :goodvibes (A privilege extended to mommas, as well, by all the smartest and best daddies.)

Tune in this Friday for the conclusion of Biscuit’s Grand Adventure: Episode 80: So long, Farewell, and Amen – Part II.

Will a long standing tradition be honored? Will we make it to the airport on time? Will our departure become explosive? Discover these answers and more right here in two days.

I cannot believe this is really coming to an end. Matt, it has been EPIC! I don't know what in the world we'll do without additional episodes of your magical story and your fantastic ability to share the tale.

I will see you here on Friday! popcorn::

waahhhh!! Dont let it end!

Did your hear Main Street Elecrical Parade s coming back this summer? And new drop at MGM?

I was running out of gas.
Somehow, I HIGHLY doubt this. In fact, I'm thinking quite the opposite.

I love pictures like these! That looks says it all.

But little girls have a way of softening the hearts of their daddies and redefining priorities.
Yes, they do. They are so good at it.

Will our departure become explosive?
Does a bear poop in the woods?

Back to the fried cabbage. I love me some cabbage as well. Fried sounds good. Everything tastes a bit better fried. Well, almost everything. Anyway - is it breaded? Or just have a breading on it? I'm curious...!

Here's how I "fry" my cabbage.

take 1 head of cabbage & cut it into thin strips. In the meantime, heat up some olive oil in a pan.

Add the cabbage, salt & pepper to taste, minced garlic (I'll used powdered, minced out of a jar, or fresh - whatever is on hand), and caraway seeds (maybe a teaspoon?). Caraway seeds are optional, but so yummy! (They're the seeds in rye bread for those who've not had them.) Cook to your desired level of done-ness. I like mine a little crunchy. You can also use butter instead of olive oil, but yikes!

I really like to serve this as a side to beer brats cooked w/onions & apples.

Ooo, neat perspective! :thumbsup2

I wondered then why anyone would waste time on a train when there were so many other great things to do. I don’t wonder that anymore.
:goodvibes Welcome aboard GB!

I was running out of gas.
After 3 helpings of fried cabbage? Hard to imagine. ;)

Tune in this Friday for the conclusion of Biscuit’s Grand Adventure: Episode 80: So long, Farewell, and Amen – Part II.
:sad1: I'm not ready!

Awesome pic, GB!

Looking back, I never would have imagined all those trips ago that there would come a day when the attraction I would ride the most times in one trip would be It’s a Small World. But little girls have a way of softening the hearts of their daddies and redefining priorities. So it was that I found myself once again riding in a small boat, being sung to by evil dolls, watching the faces of my children and thanking God for the blessings He had given me.

That says it all! pixiedust:

:sad1: this can't be the end!?! waaaaahhhhhh!!!!

nooooooooooooooo

it can't be ending..................

I did not know that mouse ears could be disassembled!

I love what the girls picked for their last rides and can totally relate to the train. I didn't get to go on the train at all the last trip, that will be rectified!

Another great installment Biscuit!

How cute is that?!
Thanks Glenn!

GB,

Thanks Connie!

waahhhh!! Dont let it end!

Did your hear Main Street Elecrical Parade s coming back this summer? And new drop at MGM?
Hey BSG! MSE is coming back? Awesome! I LOVE that parade!

Somehow, I HIGHLY doubt this. In fact, I'm thinking quite the opposite.
I suppose it depends on one's definition of gas.

I love pictures like these! That looks says it all.
Very true. It says I'm exausted, but would't want to be anywhere else.

Does a bear poop in the woods?
My favorite commerical right now is the Geico commercial where they ask "Does a 10 pound sack of flour make a really big biscuit?"

Sounds tasty! Seems like the most popular method down this way is to fry it in Butter Flavored Crisco.

WOW! Just loving the girls last picks. They would have been exactly mine!! So, obviously they have good taste! :lmao:

Know what you mean about the train. Relaxing, and yet, themed to the hilt! Love it. :thumbsup2

Armed and ready? Can't wait for what's next.... mebbe. :upsidedow

Ooo, neat perspective! :thumbsup2
Thanks V!

It is isn’t it.

Awesome pic, GB!
Thanks!

Indeed.

My thoughts exactly!

Hey Cynthia! It’s a bit bittersweet for me too.

I did not know that mouse ears could be disassembled!
The ears on a build-you-own hat are removable.

I love what the girls picked for their last rides and can totally relate to the train. I didn't get to go on the train at all the last trip, that will be rectified!
I really enjoyed the train this time around.

Ah GB, another stellar installment. Always anxious to read them. So sad they are coming to an end!:sad2:
Children just do 'something' to you men. Make you all big and gushy. I love that. Especially little daughters. You sound wrapped around their little fingers..... a fine and worthy place to be. :thumbsup2

Luckily the shop was empty so we were able to accomplish this task much more expediently than on our previous endeavor. Still, there was a good ten minute wait for the clerks to embroider Preston’s name, so while I stood and waited,

I swear they put the slowest people in here to work. Anytime I have been in there, crowded or not it has been at least a 15 minute wait:sad2:

I don’t wonder that anymore.

::yes:: It is awesome to just saok up the atmosphere!:goodvibes

said domicile was packed wall to wall

Always packed. I think it is becasue it is more hands on than Mickey's House.

Tune in this Friday for the conclusion of Biscuit’s Grand Adventure: Episode 80: So long, Farewell, and Amen – Part II.

Looking forward to the next installment, but not the fact that it is the end:sad1:

DH is a sucker for his girls too. Danielle loves Small World. DH would avoid it if he could, but alas he can't.

Your last day sounds so relaxing.

They definitely have their daddy wrapped tightly.

I don’t know that we’ll be back in there. The girls still have their hats and never did wear them after the first day.

::yes:: It is awesome to just soak up the atmosphere! :goodvibes
That it is.

Always packed. I think it is because it is more hands on than Mickey's House.
I imagine that by the time we return, this area will no longer exist. However, having seen the Fantasyland expansion plans, I certainly won’t mourn its passing.

Our last day was awesome…just too short.

We noticed that there was a stage show just beginning in front of the castle, and the girls wanted to go check it out.
Have you never seen this before? I know you were busy taking pictures, but what did you think? What did the rest of the Biscuits think? I love that show... it's SOOOOO DisneyWorld!!

Now I’m not sure how exactly it all went down, but while they were over there, the girls somehow managed to talk Tracy into procuring one of their favorite treats, the all powerful Cotton Candy.
I'm sure it had something to do with their beautiful, round eyes!

I don’t wonder that anymore. It seems that the older I get, the more I enjoy this type of thing. I noticed many of the details this time around that I had overlooked in the past. What a change it made to just relax and enjoy the ride not as a means of getting to an attraction, but as an attraction itself.
Seems like you got to do a lot of this during your trip... sounds heavenly!:cloud9:

I gave the girls the option of waiting in line to visit Pixie Hollow or heading out for more rides
.
My DD ALWAYS says she wants to wait for characters. I have waited in that darn tent more than I care to admit!!

Hailee wanted to go see “Donald’s Butt” one more time
:rotfl::rotfl:

So it was that I found myself once again riding in a small boat, being sung to by evil dolls, watching the faces of my children and thanking God for the blessings He had given me.
Evil dolls and God's blessings.... gotta love DisneyWorld!!:thumbsup2

You are brave to put a time limit on this... I'll be checking in on Friday.. so it BETTER be up!! ;)

I have not. I'll have to be sure to work it in next time.

It truly is unlike any other place.

So far, I'm still on schedule.

Oh no :(

The end is coming :(
