Birthday's at Tusker House

This is just a general comment. There is no guarantees that they will "do" anything for a birthday. You should have it noted on your reservation and have the birthday person wear one of the birthday buttons you can get. That should help.

We actually did Tusker House for dinner this year for my son's birthday. It was noted on the reservation (I know for sure it was because it was printed out on the receipt) and he wore his button. No one did anything, not even a verbal "happy birthday". I'm not complaining, we know the drill.

The other restaurant we went to that day brought him a special dessert and several of the CM came over and sang to him.

When I made our ADR at Tusker's I told them it was for dd turning 14 and she told be when you check it for your ressie to tell them it's her b-day and I could also buy a 6in cake for 20 bucks and they will try to have a character bring it out to her.

We ate at Tuskerhouse for breakfast and lunch in January and at both they had the whole place sing Happy Birthday to Tyler and they brought him out a huge cupcake with a candle in it.

Did they give you the cupcake or did you have to buy it?? Also, did you tell them it was Tyler's b-day?
P.s. Great name (tyler) that's my son's name too!!

When we were there, DS had his birthday, we got a cake (yes for breakfast!), but the restaurant was kind enough to put it away, until we were ready to go home, and we were able to pick it up then! The characters and CM's sang happy birthday to him too!
