Birthdays at Disney?

So my birthday is the 23 and I am going to either MK Or Epcot, and I was wondering (other than the birthday button) what are some good ways to celebrate a birthday at WDW? We are saving money for Cali/DL next month so we aren't doing anything extravagant (no resort stay) and we are going with our friends who have APs as well. I checked and not very good ADRs are available- would quick service work for a party of possibly 11? also tryin to figure out how to coordinate or FP+ but I can't figure out how to book for our party of 11

If you are interested in leaving the park the Grand Floridian Cafe is great for big parties. Also the food is good and reasonable. Via Napoli is also good for big parties and last minute reservations. Happy Birthday!
