I'm going to disneyland on aug 24 thru 28 and we are planning it for my daughters birthday. I really want to go all out for her. I have saved up a lot of money for her. What are some fun things to do for her birthday at Disneyland? I am planning on doing Ariel's grotto, bibbity bobbity boutique so far :)

Be sure to get the birthday button from City Hall so that she is wished a happy birthday all day:thumbsup2

Thanks for the info is there anything else that's different but fun for a birthday?

Hard to top BBB and Ariel's Grotto for a princess' birthday...
You could reserve the Fantasmic Dessert package. Includes VIP viewing of the show (which you could use for Fireworks too), plus a tray of snacks and desserts. Depending on how old your daughter is, you may consider a tour of DLR. Here is some info...

ive looked in to this alot. the things i mentioned are the little special things you can do for bdays, this year im getting the pirate chest with cake for my son. the princess one has a comb from what ive heard and a wand.
Ive done the bday party, and the bday bucket mickey sorcery one.
dont forget the bday button and you get free deserts normally

Just a warning, the cakes offered with the chest are horrible.

The fantasmic package sounds cool! I was going to do the world of color but I didn't know they had a package deal for fantasmic! Thank u!

So they have dinner packages that I found is the dinner package any better? What restaurant is better?

For Fantasmic, they only offer the dessert package. It is $59 for adults and $49 for kids. Here is some great info on it that Mary Jo wrote: http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland-california/disneyland-fantasmic.htm

For WOC, you can dine at either Wine Country Tratorria or Carthay Circle. Out of those two options, Carthay Circle would be a more upscale choice. Prices vary..It is a fixed price of about $30 a person for WCT and with CC, you each have to buy either an appetizer/entree or entre/dessert to get the preferred WOC FP.

oh yeah...its awesome..you get preferred seating for F! and if you do the 9pm showing you also get to stay there for the fireworks...they give you a box of all kinds of desserts and all you want drinks...if you decide to book it, (which I highly recommend) you have to make sure you are ready to call as soon as they open to book it because it fills up quickly...

Okay thanks do much this is a great idea I will book this if I can and let u guys know how it goes!
