Birthday Pin?

I read a few days ago that you can get a birthday pin at disney to show that it is someone's birthday.

It is my grandson's first birthday and I was wondering where to pick up the pin?

I will be at Animal Kingdom in the morning.

I'm planning to get a pin for my DS also, you can pick them up at Guest Services inside the parks. I believe MK, AK and Epcot have them.

It is quite a nice large button and I make it a point to say Congratulations to every person I meet who is wearing one. It really makes us all adults, too, feel special on our special day.

They are available at Guest Services at all parks.

They are big, but I don't know if I would realize they said it was someone's birthday if I hadn't already seen one. My eyesight must not be too good My DS's 6th birthday was the 2nd day of our trip and he loved wearing his button all day. Later in the trip, I noticed one of the Grand Marshalls in the MGM parade was wearing a birthday button. I only knew it said HB because I had seen my DS's close up. Our group of 11 yelled "happy birthday!!" and the gentleman was quite delighted

What a great idea, pintrader, to say congratulations to anyone you see wearing one. I plan to do the same from now on.
