Birthday passport for TDL?

I've looked and looked and can't figure out what the difference is between a regular 2 day passport and a birthday 2 day passport for TDL? We are going for our first trip in October for my daughter's birthday (she's 15). What do you get for approx. $20? Any suggestions or tips for going would be appreciated. I can walk around DL or WDW blindfolded but it's our first time going here. We are so excited! Thanks in advance!
