Birthday party ideas?

We are traveling with another family, and I would like to celebrate with something special for my ODD's bday. There will be 4 adults, two 8 year olds, a 5 year old, 4 year old, three 3 year olds, and an infant.

We had originally planned to do a Fireworks cruise, however, they limit those to 10 people.

We are regular Disney families, so, a character meal is something we do every trip, so, that wouldn't really be special.

We have thought of Splitsville, Fireworks Desert Party any other suggestions?

Splitsville is a great idea! We checked it out for the first time last week and there was actually a birthday party there looking like everyone was having a great time! The staff was really accommodating and friendly. The cost was $15 per person for 1.5 hours. In that time frame, you can bowl as many games as you'd like. Not sure if there is a birthday package, but I know several of the bowling alleys in my area have them, so definitely ask! Oh and the food was good!
