Hi All,

Its my wifes birthday while on the 7 nite Eastern Cruise departing 23/8. Does anyone know whether there are any special surprises available on the ship that i could arrange

We're also celebrating my DW b'day the 3nt/land 4day/sea on Aug 14th. I called my TA if there's anything special they do. She called Disney to make let them know about the special day. She didn't tell me what they'll do but she said they took it down and there'll be something. Call Disney or your TA, they pretty much encourage if you're celebrating a special day during the cruise (b'day, anniversaries...). 31 days and counting!!!

You could pack some decorations and decorate your cabin door. I have seen that done and it is really cute. You could also go to Shirley's website and order a gift basket so it is there when you get on board. Here is the website...

I have heard that they will do special baskets for whatever occasion you want.

Make sure you tell DCL though, you use to get a special birthday pin that you could only get if you celebrated your birthday on board!

We are celebarting my DD birthday during the cruise. If you call DCL, they will bring a birthday cake to your table for your wife after dinner on the night of her birthday.
