Birthday Fastpass for UK guests Question

Hello everyone!

Just a quick question about the Birthday "perks" you can get on your birthday in the World (Aka Fastpasses, Gift Card, free entry). When we next go (Dec 09) it will be my Mum's birthday so we were hoping for to get the fastpasses as we are Annual Pass Holders. However, when I tried to register her on the celebration site it said people from the UK and Canada didn't need to register. Fair enough.

However, I am a little apprehensive that seeing as we won't have a certificate or anything to hand in to claim them. We will bring her Passport etc so we will have proof its her actual birthday.

Have any other people from the UK tried to claim these perks and not been able to due to not being able to register? What are your experiences? Thanks so much in advance!!!

That's correct-UK guests don't need to register.Just go along to one of the windows say it's your Mum's birthday+that you have annual passes+tell them what you would like instead.You will need to show your passes to prove you already have them+your Mum will need to show photo id in the form of a passport or photo card driving licence.
April 9th was my Dd8 birthday and she opted for the gift card(which was the price of a childs one day ticket-pre tax),we also showed a laminated print out of her passport as proof.Don't forget to also ask for a birthday badge for your Mum.x.

I hope she has a wonderful birthday in WDW .Great idea with the cake .
My Dd8 had her 8th birthday in Magic Kingdom and had the 'best birthday ever'(her words).So many CM's wished her a happy birthday,asked her what she got for her birthday,got a few 'free' nice gestures(cup cake,cookie,pen).She was also sprinkled with Pixie Dust in Tinkerbells treasures whilst the CM's sang a birthday song to her,characters would sign happy birthday in her book.It was a fantastic day.x.

We did this in January for DS 17th birthday and we are annual pass holders to so took birth certificate & handed over both it & annual pass, we were offered gift card value of one day ticket approx $70+ i think ! or fast passes for up to four people we took gift card was really easy to claim this birthday treat !

Does the same apply if you already have a 14 day park pass? We have a friend who will be celebrating his birthday whilst in WDW, but he already has his pass bought.....

Yes,any type of ticket,pass etc..My Dd8 had a 7 day MYW ticket,just make sure you show them watever ticket you have.x.
