Birthday Dinner Where?

We will be in the area for my birthday but we are doing a universal only trip this year. We have 4 teens that we are leaving at the vacation home with money for pizza lol. The husband and I would like to eat somewhere nice, great food like really great food. Because I'm sad about not doing this Disney this trip I wanted to fit in a dinner at a resort or downtown (springs now i guess). So bring on a suggestions. I'm a seafood lover he is more steak and potatoes person. I think we would like it to stay around $200 total.

I've heard consistently great things about Shula's in the Dolphin.

I'm going to Say Emeril's at CityWalk. I know you were asking about WDW but we love Emerils

I think California Grill and the fireworks are great for special occasions.

I would go to The Boathouse or bluezoo at the Dolphin.

If I was missing Disney and couldn't go-
I would do a late dinner at Cali Grill or Narcoossees so you can watch Wishes during or right after your meal. These are our go to celebration restaurants.

Foodwise, Yachtsman Steakhouse.
For a night out, Spirit of Aloha. I love it there. Ambiance, show, food (though no steak or seafood, but a really unique Polynesian meal), wine/beer/sangria and a stroll around the property make for a nice evening!
