Birthday Celebration

I was wondering if anyone knows how you can get a birthday cake delivered to you room. We are going to be staying at the Pop Dec 3-11 and while we are there my friend is going to be celebrating her 33rd birthday and want to surprise her with something special on her day when we return from the parks. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

I do'nt believe that you can have a cake delivered at the value resorts. Maybe have flowers from the WDW Florist in the room and order a cake in advance from whatever restaurant you'll be dining at that evening?

I celebrated my birthday at PC in August and my DD surprised me with a birthday cake in the room. She bought it at the food court. They had them in the refridgerators there. It was about $12, I think. They also had candles in the gift shop.
