Hello everyone,

I’m celebrating a milestone adult birthday (solo) at Disney World in a few years. I love to plan ahead and I’m trying to figure out what one really special thing I want to do while I’m there. Here are a list of options I have below. What would you choose from the list, or potentially choose instead? (As a side note, I probably won’t do a tour because they’re either too expensive, or there isn’t one I would really like to do)
  • MK dessert party
  • Breakfast at Topolino’s
  • Breakfast at Ohana
  • 1900 Park Fare
  • Storybook Dining at Artist Point
  • Lunch at Garden Grill

I love breakfast at Topolino's!

When I turned 50 I did a Capture Your Moment photo shoot at Animal Kingdom (my favorite park) and it was great! Just another idea that's not a tour.

Priority #1 get a pin/button that says it’s your birthday!!!

I went to WDW for the first time ever by myself and I have to say I really enjoyed both the rhino and the elephant tours at AK.

I really enjoyed both the rhino and the elephant tours at AK.

Those are both awesome! They're not that expensive - and the money goes to Disney's conservation efforts in Africa - and not that long. The rhino tour does book up EXTREMELY quickly - I schedule it as far into my trip as I can and am on AT midnight to book it. I've been lucky so far - but I have a friend who put it on day 10 of her trip, was on at midnight, and still couldn't snag it. It's because they only do one of those per day and only like 10-12 slots are available.

The elephant tour takes a few more people I think, but it runs multiple times during the day.

I have thought about doing a CYM at MK!

I’ve seen videos of the tours and they do look pretty cool. Still not sure if it’s something I personally want to to do, but I’ll see!
