Which of these places (if any) can I pre-order a birthday cake to go with our meal. I would love to suprise my uncle while we're there.

You should be able to do that at any resteruant. Assuming you're not staying concerige (in which case I'd suggest you work with them on this) I'd pick one and call your resort, ask for guest services and they should be able to connect you with the proper person.

At Chef Mickey they brought a cupcake to my DS & sang to him. They have good desserts there so I would choose one of the others & have them do that that. Order at a place where dessert is not included.

We did it last year at Liberty Tree Tavern, but I assume you could do it at any restaurant. I think the cost was like $9.99.
