birthday cake at DL

We will be arriving to DL on my sons bday and I would like to get him a cake. Where can they deliver? I was planning on dinner at Carnation Cafe that night. Will they deliver it there? Does it cost anything to deliver? How much are the cakes? DOes anyone have pics of bday cakes at DL?
