Birthday Buttons

I know you can get a birthday button at MK Guest Relations with the castle on it. Has anyone gotten a birthday button at any of the other 3 parks? Was it the same design?

MK & MGM have the same pin with the Castle. Epcot has a neat one with happy birthday written in all the different languages representing the different countries. I don't know about AK though.

My 11 yo DD got an AK Birthday button Sunday!

It is white with the Tree of Life and says Today is my Birthday.

She also got a free pin from a character on Main Street and
had the barbershop quartet pull her out of the audience and
sing to her!

She had a blast! However, she did not get her "Disney Moment".
For my DS B-day in March at MGM a CM in the Villian Shop called
a number for him and Goofy sang Happy Birthday to him!

Does anyone know where in each of the 4 parks you would pick up the birthday button?
We will be celecrating my daughter's 6th birthday during our August trip and I am sure she would love them.

I would like to know where to get them in Epoct, MGM & AKL too. We were there July 2001 and only MK had them. When we went to the other parks they looked at us like we were crazy.

All the parks have a guest relations area. That is where you would go. At Epcot, we didn't even have to go there. Our DDs (twins) were wearing their MK birthday buttons when we showed up for the Princess Breakfast at Norway. We were a little early so started chatting with one of the security guards. She noticed the buttons and the next thing we knew, she had Epcot buttons for the girls and was handing them a phone for a phone call from Goofy. This was before the park even opened!!

All in all a wonderful day! The CMs are the greatest...all of them!


So hit the guest relations area. It will be listed on the maps for every park. If you already have the MK button, don't bother at MGM...they are the same.

Those Epcot ones sound great!! I didn't even realize they had them in each park! My son has the one from MK, but when we go in August, he will be celebrating his 6th birthday there, so we will definitely be going to Epcot this time for it!

We will be there Sunday-Thursday. On Wednesday, my DS8 will be celebrating his 9th birthday. Are these birthday buttons for only the day of the birthday or would he be entitled to getting one at the other parks the day before/after his actual birthday??
I think he might enjoy them and they'd make a cute little souvenir.

I am interested in this question, too. I will only be at Epcot on my birthday, but will be at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom the day before.

It is not like they check ID or birth certificates. IMHO if you are spending the week of your birthday at the parks, it is your birthday week! Get your buttons and wear them. My DDs ended up getting pins, Mickey ice cream bars, Goofy figurines, and 2 in a row rides in the Teacups. WDW is always magical but even more so when it is your birthday. Go for it!!
