Birth Certificate for child under 2?

Quick question: I know I need to bring verification of my DD's age according to SW's website. Can I bring a copy of her birth certificate, or does it have to be an original? I'm worried about losing the original and would rather take a copy.

They will accept a copy.

You only need it if she'll be a lap-baby or traveling on a fare that has to do with her age. Just in case you didn't know that.

We contacted SW since our daughter is adopted and have not received her birth certificate yet. They said they'd also accept a copy of her shot records as long as it has her name and DOB on it. I obtained one from our DR at her last appointment.
