Birnbaum or Unofficial Guide??

We are Disney World veterans thinking about our first trip to California and, of course, Disneyland. I am thinking about getting a guide book, but am unsure if I should get the Unofficial Guide or Birnbaum. Both just came out with their 2017 Disneyland books. Any thoughts or experiences with these? Thanks!

Birnbaum are prettier and more descriptive. Unofficial guides are a little more informative I think. Plus I have used their plan before and it did work well.
