Do they still do the confetti thing to anyone who asks for it in BBB? Even without an appointment? Even as an adult? I'm trying to make a birthday adventure for my friend.

Pretty sure BBB does Pixie Dust at DTD for anyone, no experience with the MK one. You can find confetti at the Barber Shop on Main Street and I am pretty certain one of the stores (I think it is the princess one) right by the castle does Pixie Dust for everyone. These might be easier to access on an adventure than BBB.
