Billiards at Splitsville

I wasn't sure where to put this, so I'll ask it here since it doesn't technically involve food. I know that main attraction at Splitsville is the bowling. However, my wife has a shoulder issue that pretty much eliminates the possibility of bowling for an hour. I see that they have three billiards tables available, for $10/hour. A couple questions on this.

- First, can you reserve these ahead of time? Or is this a first come/first serve situation?
- Second question, can you eat while playing billiards?
