Bike Barn Problem?

Just got back from 9 days there. Had a cart everyday. No problems. Kids used tennis rackets but that was the extent of it.

Why are you collecting a list of problems with the Bike Barn?

my biggest complaint about the bike barn is that they need to have a sepearate window for golf cart pickup. Around 1pm you can wait 20 mins or more to get tennis rackets or shuffleboard, rent a PB etc. I dont think there is any reason to have to wait that long while people are getting golf carts.

On our last trip (12-04), a cm showed up 2 days before we due to leave and took our golf cart. They said our reserved slot had ended (which wasn't true) and they said they needed it to fill other reservations. Both of my children are disabled and I plan VERY meticulously. We doubled checked our reservationa and confirmation numbers but FW would not budge.

I have already called twice to reconfirm our reservation for November!!!!
