Good Tuesday MOrning Everyone. Hope everyone has a losing day. I wanted to start the thread and then I will get back when I weigh in.

Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.

Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.

Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.

Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!

I am down 2 pounds for the week

Don't have time to chat this morning. Lots to do because I am giving an national math contest this morning.

Happy to report I'm down 1 pound. I thought for sure it would be a gain as I hurt my ankle last week and hadn't been working out.

I did a lot of regular walking yesterday so I'll be back to my workout today.

Congrats to all who have lost and to those who have gained or maintained...don't give up you are worth it!.

wow we are on a fantastic losing roll this morning....

I'm down 1.8 pounds!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! that includes everyone...maintainers too....that is a success!!!

I am down .8 this morning. Slow and steady loses the weight!!

I am down 1 lb, its a loss so I will take it! I made some bad choices this week and fell down my steps last Monday so I didnt get in exercise like I should have

ONWARD AND DOWNWARD, I do get a new clippie though:)
 
I am a gainer - again! I am up .7 this week and up one lb overall since we started this thing 7 weeks ago.
 
Well everyone I'm finally back at my 205 number. Which is better than it was the last 2 weeks. Now I have new incentive to get as much down as I can since we just booked for May 19-24th! I'm so excited! It's been 3 1/2 years since I last went to WDW and I'm FINALLY gonna ride Everest!!! :worship:

I am a gainer - again! I am up .7 this week and up one lb overall since we started this thing 7 weeks ago.

Well, you can add me to the list of gainers. Not sure how, but I gained 1.9 this week. Maybe because I haven't exercised due to surgery? Well, it's 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, maybe that's the way it's gonna be. i'd LOVE to blame it on my scale, but...:lmao:

Hopefully I can start back to walking now. Even if I can't do it outside, I can manage to walk around my house or something. I've been sitting around like a schlub, and I don't like it! (apparently, neither does my body!) Hmm, and I know my eating has been A-OK, so it's gotta be the lack of exercise.

OK, so I vote we have an exercise related challenge this week! And one that you can do with only one arm!!!:rotfl2:

Later losers! It's onward and DOWNward for us all!!

Exactly two pounds for me. I wanted 2.5 to hit my first milestone, but I cant complain about that kind of loss!

Where do we turn in our challenge points?
 
Congrats to all the losers and samers. If you had a gain i know that you will work even harder to lose next week. You can do it. One step at a time


My three websites that I go for recipes is

foodnetwork.com Ellie Krieger has some great recipes.

sparkpeople.com I have tried a couple of these and they are pretty easy.

recipe4living.com is one that has some healthy options also.

New whole grain products I have tried this week. Regular oatmeal and low card whole wheat wraps. Try cooking the oatmeal in apple juice and water and you don't need the sugar.

Don't forget that the challenge ends at midnight tonight. I will check to see who we send the points to. I just can't think of it this minute
 
I am very happy to report a 1lb loss this week. Since I pretty much bailed on exercise for 5 days and had questionable eating for 2, any loss is happily received. Of course, now I can just smell those 100s so I'm really going to dig in to hit 199 by next week. I can do this!
