Biggest Loser "No Excuses" 2012 Team Challenge for Losers and Maintainers!!!

Hi everyone! Back from my MILs and home again with both DDs. They had a great time with Grandma last week, and I can't believe how quickly the week went. I worked out Friday morning, then worked until DH and I left for MIL's place. No workout on Saturday, but we had a lovely day with the kids, including lunch with an old friend and a movie night out!

This morning was Easter madness; the girls loved their baskets (I thought I was splurging because I got them little Vera Bradley bags and put their bunnies and jellybeans in those, but then I saw some FB postings of really over the top baskets that looked like the second coming of Christmas! :rotfl:) MIL took us out to brunch (we were going to treat her, but she wouldn't let us!), and then we headed for home.

Now the laundry is in process, and I did a power 45 minutes (14.8km) on the bike while finally watching last week's BL. Back on the exercise track! I'm definitely up from Friday morning, but it's not disastrous. DH and I have a wine dinner tomorrow night, so I might still be up by the time I weigh in at WW on Tuesday, but I should still be safely within my maintenance range!

We've been so busy that I've missed a few QOTDs and have been out of HH for the second week in a row. Still getting my weigh-ins done, though, and I'm still reading! I'm so glad this group is here - you guys are definitely keeping me focused where I would have gone way off track before!

i sort of fell off the wagon but would like to get back into the game. I am sending my weight this week. I found out that I was allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, and beef. This wasn't a huge deal as I was already transitioning to vegan, but the gluten threw a huge wrench into the process. I found out right before going out of town and travelling. When I got back things were crazy and I didn't have enough safe foods.

I finally have some recipes, my cupboard is stocked, my fridge is cleaned, and I have reorganized my kitchen so that I can get to what I need! My mom is visiting and we are working on getting my yard in shape so we can plant a vegetable garden next month.

Evening

Well, the weekend went okay for the most part. I worked out Friday and today. I took Saturday off. Have you ever had one of those nights where you have dinner planned and then out of nowhere you get a craving for (insert name of restaurant here)? Yep, that was me Saturday night. Alan went to Arbys and ordered me dinner. I was going to splurge and get the huge roast beef and a small fry. I had it tracked and everything. He got home, the order was WRONG! Oh, I was sooo ticked off. But the good news was what they did gave me worked within my calorie range, so there was some positive out of it.

We had Easter lunch and had leftovers for dinner. Hopefully the leftovers will be gone in a few days. We watched the NCIS marathon on USA Network on and off most of the day. I got 2 miles done on the treadmill, got my water intake, and got my exercise plan done for this coming week. I still need to figure out meals for this upcoming week. We're going to spend tomorrow getting laundry done and the house picked up.

I hope everyone has a great OP day tomorrow!

LisaH-- you always make a great coach-- sorry I haven't been on. I did skim through posts though and am caught up.

Susan, glad that you are feeling better. Did TSO only do their other material in concert? I've seen them twice but it was always around the holidays
This was Beethoven’s last night. It had a lot of Beethoven and some Mozart. At the end they did 3 songs not on the new album, Toccata and Fugue and Carmina Burana—both of which I Love Carmina Burana was my favorite—very powerful. Great Show Great Story.

Those of us on the side of the road this week--I had half a white chocolate bunny and a cadbury last night and today, Hometown buffet. Decided on my bike ride after though I'm not sick any more. I'm still coughing a lot , but I'll just keep taking my cough medicine and vitamins and start dieting and working out like I'm healthy. Hopefully my body will catch up with my mind lol...:rotfl2:

melinda runs-- sounds like you are having an awesome trip.

happy late easter everyone!:rainbow:

All right 'fess up . . . who ate too much chocolate this week-end? :rolleyes1 That would be me! ;)

So it's time to get back on track! ::yes:: It's MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY!

I found a little list of some great quotes for weight loss motivation & words to get to better health!

Mark Twain: Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.

Julius Erving aka Dr. J: If you don't do what's best for your body, you're the one who comes up on the short end.

Unknown Author: Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.

Vince Lombardi: It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up.

Winston Churchill: Never, never, never, never give up.

Benjamin Franklin: You may delay, but time will not.

David Viscott: You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.

Ralph Marston: Your goals, minus your doubts, equal your reality.

Unknown Author: You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

This list came from this site http://shine.yahoo.com/healthy-living/the-top-weight-loss-motivational-quotes-ever-477275.html Sparkpeople is another site with a lot of great motivational quotes and slideshows.

QOTD Monday 4/9/12: What is your favorite motivational quote? It can be by YOU or someone famous.

Here is one of my favorites by Walt Disney: If you can dream it, you can do it! pixiedust:

BRB with some replies. :goodvibes

I am happy to say that I didn't eat much chocolate at all yesterday. We had coffee cake for breakfast which has some chocolate chips on it. I had one Hershey kiss at church and then we had a brownie fudge cheesecake for dessert.

QOTD: I like Bob Harper and Jillian Michael's quotes though I can't remember a specific one! I really need some motivation today though! So bring on those quotes!

Going to walk back to Izzie's school for my volunteer session.

Forgot to make her lunch!

Good morning all! :goodvibes

Happy Easter to those who celebrate. :flower3:

One of the nice things about Spring is that it is a time of renewal. Life is bursting out all around us no matter how harsh the winter. Remember that great resolve you had at the New Year? This is a great time to find it again.

This is an an article posted by a blogger called the Purpose Fairy that came my way thanks to one of my FB friends. Now I don't know a thing about the Purpose Fairy who is a life coach -- the fairy that I encounter the most myself is the Poof Fairy ;) -- but it seems to me that a lot of these ideas apply to our journeys to a healthier lifestyle and not just "life" in general. :hippie:

Here is a list of 15 things which, if you give up on them, will make your life a lot easier and much, much happier. We hold on to so many things that cause us a great deal of pain, stress and suffering – and instead of letting them all go, instead of allowing ourselves to be stress free and happy – we cling on to them. Not anymore. Starting today we will give up on all those things that no longer serve us, and we will embrace change. Ready? Here we go:

1. Give up your need to always be right. There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong – wanting to always be right – even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a great deal of stress and pain, for us and for others. It’s just not worth it. Whenever you feel the ‘urgent’ need to jump into a fight over who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself this question: “Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?” Wayne Dyer. What difference will that make? Is your ego really that big?

2. Give up your need for control. Be willing to give up your need to always control everything that happens to you and around you – situations, events, people, etc. Whether they are loved ones, coworkers, or just strangers you meet on the street – just allow them to be. Allow everything and everyone to be just as they are and you will see how much better will that make you feel.

“By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try. The world is beyond winning.” Lao Tzu

3. Give up on blame. Give up on your need to blame others for what you have or don’t have, for what you feel or don’t feel. Stop giving your powers away and start taking responsibility for your life.

4. Give up your self-defeating self-talk. Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, polluted and repetitive self-defeating mindset? Don’t believe everything that your mind is telling you – especially if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are better than that.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive.” Eckhart Tolle

5. Give up your limiting beliefs about what you can or cannot do, about what is possible or impossible. From now on, you are no longer going to allow your limiting beliefs to keep you stuck in the wrong place. Spread your wings and fly!

“A belief is not an idea held by the mind, it is an idea that holds the mind” Elly Roselle

6. Give up complaining. Give up your constant need to complain about those many, many, maaany things – people, situations, events that make you unhappy, sad and depressed. Nobody can make you unhappy, no situation can make you sad or miserable unless you allow it to. It’s not the situation that triggers those feelings in you, but how you choose to look at it. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

7. Give up the luxury of criticism. Give up your need to criticize things, events or people that are different than you. We are all different, yet we are all the same. We all want to be happy, we all want to love and be loved and we all want to be understood. We all want something, and something is wished by us all.

8. Give up your need to impress others. Stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not just to make others like you. It doesn’t work this way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not, the moment you take of all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.

9. Give up your resistance to change. Change is good. Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change – don’t resist it.
“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls” Joseph Campbell

10. Give up labels. Stop labeling those things, people or events that you don’t understand as being weird or different and try opening your mind, little by little. Minds only work when open. “The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don’t know anything about.” Wayne Dyer

11. Give up on your fears. Fear is just an illusion, it doesn’t exist – you created it. It’s all in your mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.
“The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself.” Franklin D. Roosevelt

12. Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time are not even real.

13. Give up the past. I know, I know. It’s hard. Especially when the past looks so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening, but you have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for – the past that you are now dreaming about – was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

14. Give up attachment. This is a concept that, for most of us is so hard to grasp and I have to tell you that it was for me too, (it still is) but it’s not something impossible. You get better and better at with time and practice. The moment you detach yourself from all things, (and that doesn’t mean you give up your love for them – because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another, attachment comes from a place of fear, while love… well, real love is pure, kind, and self less, where there is love there can’t be fear, and because of that, attachment and love cannot coexist) you become so peaceful, so tolerant, so kind, and so serene. You will get to a place where you will be able to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.

15. Give up living your life to other people’s expectations. Way too many people are living a life that is not theirs to live. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, to what their friends, their enemies and their teachers, their government and the media think is best for them. They ignore their inner voice, that inner calling. They are so busy with pleasing everybody, with living up to other people’s expectations, that they lose control over their lives. They forget what makes them happy, what they want, what they need….and eventually they forget about themselves. You have one life – this one right now – you must live it, own it, and especially don’t let other people’s opinions distract you from your path.

QOTD Sunday 4/8/12 Which of these ideas do you think might help you be happier? Or is there something else that didn't make the list? :

Much oF that list was "me".......I can be a real type -A control freak! Sadly I'm also a great complainer and critic (but the first step in changing that is admitting it, right?).
I know that being less of a perfectionist and less critical would make family life a bit more relaxed. That said, I need to keep SOME control or life will be CHAOS!

i sort of fell off the wagon but would like to get back into the game. I am sending my weight this week. I found out that I was allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, and beef. Love the Churchill quote....we've said it here many times.

My old WW quote is "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels." I substutute "slim" for thin....thin sounds too thin to me....I prefer SLIM.

Another good one I heard at WW is "If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."

Happy Monday! I hope everyone survived the weekend relatively unscathed!

I did surprisingly well yesterday. I had 3 pieces of chocolate.....a Hershey kiss mid-afternoon, and a Lindt truffle and a Hershey miniature last night (DD was generous enough to share her goodies). Breakfast, Easter dinner, and late supper were pretty much right OP. My big splurge was a large slice of DSIL's cheese pie (like a loose cheesecake), and a glass of wine.

I got lots of compliments on my new dress and shoes and I felt pretty and slim.... And the very fitted dress definitely helped me resist overeating.

Time to get moving here.....beds to make, laundry to start.....you know....the usual!...........P

Good Monday morning everyone.

I am stuck here at the house all day. Yesterday as we were on our way to my mother's house I stopped at the toll booth to get on the parkway. As the window was going up we heard a pop (like I had run over a closed plastic bottle) and then the window sunk into the door. We had to go back home. Dh took it in this morning and it is being fixed as we speak. It was not as badly priced as we had imagined and it will be done today.

I didn't do too bad yesterday. I had my normal Sunday breakfast. We had dinner about 4. My mother didn't have a lot of snacks around so that was good. I ate my normal dinner. I did have a small piece of cheesecake and a small piece of orange chiffon cake. My stomach started bothering me at my mother's house and I made it home but I really felt lousy the rest of the night. I am feeling better this morning

I have some sewing to do today and I want to get rid of my taxes and get those in. I also have to put some money on my son's college card for him to get through the rest of the semester.

I think I said this the other day but my older son got accepted in to the grad school he applied to :banana: I think he is going to start classes this summer.

Off to get some things done.

Have a happy and healthy day.

Here is one of my favorites by Walt Disney: If you can dream it, you can do it! pixiedust:

I love that Walt Disney quote too! I also always tell myself "If you ain't movin', you ain't losin'" and it really gets me going. I heard Dolvet say it on BL earlier this season and it has just stuck with me!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend. I did. My husband and kids and I went on this 2.5 mile trail that is made for Army PT, it's full of hills and has like ten workout stations throughout. HARD!! But so fun. Then the kids and I played tennis (or chased the tennis ball all over) for 70 minutes. Great great time. The best part of the day was when my 12 year old daughter told me we should make every Sunday a family fitness day  That made my day because she's almost a teenager and she acts like it!! Another good thing is that my husband is really coming around too. He told me he is starting to like turkey bacon and he's been doing more running and lifting weights too. It's so much easier when everyone is on board, and I'm so glad to see them all wanting to be healthy. So, I'm a happy girl right now :thumbsup2

Good morning Losers! I don't include myself in that name this week as I gained a pound. So frustrated as I was pretty good with my workouts, I walked a lot and even got in an extra walk on Friday after work. I drank water, I watched my portions....what to do now?

Ok - not going to let that keep me from trying and moving on. This will be a better week. So in honor of the QOTD over the weekend - Letting go of the excuses!!! Back to the gym tonight. Packed my lunch today, taking my vitamins and drinking my water!!!

I would love to read Gretchen's blog too - if someone has the link and she is ok with that?!!?

Hi All, sorry I've been MIA for a bit but between easter and guests staying over its been busy;) Hope you all had a good Easter (going back to read now:))
qotdI like the quote-"whether you say you can or you cant you're right".
So much of my ability to lose weight and stay OP is in my mind :lmao:
Hope you all have a good day:)

My favorite quote is Disney's: "I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing- it was all started by a mouse." This quote has special meaning for me because I was friends with Mickey for two years. I performed in the parades at MK and a part of that quote was on the front of Mickey's float. I want to go back to performing, but have to lose weight to do it. It also tells me that it doesn't matter how small or insignificant you feel, you never know what life has in store for you.

This was a strange Easter for me. I'm not a huge fan of the holiday in the first place, and I was on the fence of where I was going to go probably up until Friday night. I decided to go to my boyfriend's becasuse my mom and dad weren't really doing anything and I had gotten in a fight with my Dad and didn't want to be around (my dog peed on the floor, which she has been doing a lot lately, he freaked out). I could have gone to my aunt's house but that also would have been really awkward. So i didn't really spend Easter with my immediate family so it was strange.

It was ok though, i mean nothing special and i was pretty bored. But i got a lot of compliments about my weight and how skinny i looked so that was really nice. I think i'm slowly getting to that place where I feel comfortable with myself. I didn't eat much chocolate, mostly cause i can't! Had some other candy though.

My goal before friday is to get a majority of my homework done and I can actually have something resembling a relaxing weekend. I'm handing in the rough draft of the paper from hell this weekend which means i actually can afford to take a week off from that thing! I have two more papers coming up, but I can afford to give myself a week off. It's necessary for my mental health!

I also hope to make some more time for me this week in terms of working out. I feel like i'm so close to my goal, i just need to kick start myself into working out.

Now to go try and get more homework done

Teammates,

It's been a rocky and tough road for me over the past three weeks. Between the death of my godfather and the stress of the college process (decisions came in for my students and I had a number of angry parents to deal with.) I fell off the boards, the wagon, and I do believe the face of the Earth.

Things have finally calmed down and I have renewed my pledge to my health. Unfortunately when I fell off the wagon I REALLY fell off the wagon. I have managed to undo all of the success I had down to a zero. So, I am starting again...TODAY....and I will succeed again. My emotional/stress eating got the best of me and I need to learn how to better hand this part of me.

Thank you for the PMs and support....I really appreciate them more than you will ever know....

Hugs to all that struggle....I know the feeling....

Sorry it took me a bit longer than I expected to get back here for replies. :rolleyes1

SnowWhite, sounds like a very successful shopping trip! :goodvibes

QOTD: I think I'm pretty good about all of those, except control. I get anxious when there's not a "plan" for the day. I'm nowhere near what I was like 30 years ago, so there is hope! ;)

Oh, yes, there is always hope! ::yes::

Everyone have a great day!

You, too, Kristina! :thumbsup2

Tracey, great plan to get back on track! :goodvibes

Jill, glad that your Mom is recouperating well and I agree with Mary•Poppins to be sure and take care of yourself! :flower3:

Great job maintaining, even when you are busy and it is a holiday! You are living the dream in maintainance! :cloud9:

I think you are harder on yourself, Pamela, than anyone else would be. I would not describe you as a complainer or a critic. :flower3:

Dona, yikes on the window! Thank goodness it isn't the dead of winter. :umbrella:

I love that Walt Disney quote too! I also always tell myself "If you ain't movin', you ain't losin'" and it really gets me going. I heard Dolvet say it on BL earlier this season and it has just stuck with me!!

Great quote! :thumbsup2 It is nice when the family is on board, too. As the mother of a 12 year old myself, I feel your pain. ;)

Keep on keepin' on and it will work. You can do it, Lara! :thumbsup2

Turning out to be a busy Monday. :scared:

Glad you had a nice Easter, luvpoohandcompany! :cutie:

Trina, it's nice when people notice your hard work! :cool2:

Karen, big  and some pixiedust: for you. We missed you! :flower3:

Hi everyone!

I hit the halfway point on my C25K app today. Tomorrow I'll start jogging in 8-minute intervals. I'm finding that I actually like this, and given that I'm halfway through, I thought it was time to take myself to a real running store and get the right shoes for my gait. Sort of a reward for getting this far and deciding to stick with it but also sort of necessary so I don't injure myself over something as simple as the wrong shoe.

So I took myself out to Pacers (and then to Panera for lunch!) today. The woman I worked with there was just great. She brought me out a regular running shoe and had me jog in the store. Then she told me I overpronate - my ankles go in a bit when I jog) and that I would do best with a shoe with more support than what I currently have. I tried on tons of shoes and ended up with a beautiful new pair of Brooks. (Also a new armband for my iPhone and a little water bottle with a handstrap...) Now I can't wait to get back out on Wednesday and start breaking in the new shoes!

I admit I was sort of intimidated heading into this running store with all of its running stuff and tiny little staff (never mind actually running in front of people in a store!), but they couldn't have been nicer. I'm definitely losing my self-consciousness over this.

And now, off to pick up DDs - DD7 has piano this afternoon, and then the sitter comes and DH and I go to our wine dinner! I'm driving, so that will automatically rein me in as I can't drink all of the wine...

XO

Good afternoon!

QOTD: I have many quotes but I think one that specifically relates to health is "This much I knew. If you are what you eat, then I only wanna eat the good stuff." from Remy in Ratatouille. It is so true! I mean, it's kind of simple when you think, if you eat good things you will be good and healthy, so why is it so hard? Sometimes this reminds me of what I really want.

My old WW quote is "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels." I substitute "slim" for thin....thin sounds too thin to me....I prefer SLIM.

Another good one I heard at WW is "If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."

QOTD:

I am going to agree with your two quotes. I too heard them at WW and they tend to stick with me too.

****************************

Just got out of a day of inservice for school. We had an intense afternoon learning out drugs in our community and a talk from our DA's office about reporting suspected child abuse. Very hard to hear real/live situations in our county and how things could have been prevented. So so sad. One thing for the teachers on here, the DA repeatedly told us that not only should teachers call our Child,Youth and Family Services when we suspect something, we should also call the police. The police have the right to remove the child and take them into their custody to keep them safe ... CYF does not.

I am trying to be better today. I had a lot of water yesterday, however, between three houses, I ate a lot! I didn't eat a lot of chocolate, but, had other junk. I did realize that the junk tastes good a first, but makes you feel like crap later in the day. BLAH ....

Evening friends!

Trying this again! I had a nice long post earlier and my firefox crashed! UGH!

Got a lot of stuff done today. Laundry room is cleaned and laundry is folded. Took the girls to the dermatologist. Both of them have to have some minor procedures in the next month. Ash is having a mole removed from her neck. They're calling it a biopsy without stitches. She was glad they wouldn't have to do stitches. We also got a prescription for her acne on her back. I will get that filled in the morning.

Lizzie has a cyst in her ear lobe. She has had it since she was a baby but he said it is best to get it removed while she is young. She freaked out a little bit. I have the preliminary appointment in 2 weeks and hopefully the procedure will be shortly after that. Both appts should only be about 15 minutes. I took her to McD's for supper as she was really upset and she skipped dancing tonight. She did the Wii Fit Plus for about 30 minutes and is just watching tv now. I'm actually going to give her a shower in a few minutes before Brian and Ash get home from soccer. Still too cool and windy to walk. I will do that on Wednesday night.

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then my 10 minute ab workout. I had counted my calories very carefully today and am still drinking my water. Gotta get rid of the Easter weekend weight.

Getting up early to workout in the morning and then going to work. Tomorrow is Ash's dance class.

Time to get the kid clean!

Thanks so much! I am making sure I am taking care of myself, but I miss my BL friends, so I need to make time to get on here. Plus it helps keep me in check :)

This morning was Easter madness; the girls loved their baskets (I thought I was splurging because I got them little Vera Bradley bags and put their bunnies and jellybeans in those, but then I saw some FB postings of really over the top baskets that looked like the second coming of Christmas! :rotfl:)

Wow thats's a lot of allergies. Good luck! It sounds like you are on track for what you need. I love fresh veggies from the garden. Yummy!

All right 'fess up . . . who ate too much chocolate this week-end? :rolleyes1 That would be me! ;)

So it's time to get back on track! ::yes:: It's MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY!

QOTD Monday 4/9/12: What is your favorite motivational quote? It can be by YOU or someone famous.

I ate too much sugar in general :headache:

Here's a quote for all the runner's out there: "The hardest step for a runner is the first one out of the front door." I love it because it reminds me that everyone has felt like skipping a workout. I am not the only one, but once I get my clothes & shoes on, I am committed!

Glad you're feeling better and sorry about your window. That stinks.
Also, CONGRATS to your son! How exciting!

I love that quote, too. The trail you went on sounds fun (and challenging). I am trying to find some trails around here for some family hiking.

 Sorry you've had such a crappy couple of weeks. I'm glad your back and ready to succeed!

QOTD:

I am going to agree with your two quotes. I too heard them at WW and they tend to stick with me too.

BLAH ....

It's so sad what goes on out there with our kids. Our services, called CYS for Children and Youth Services, are horrible in my county. We call constantly for things and they usually come talk to the child & we never see them again. It breaks my heart when I hear about things that go on to innocent children.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today was the first day since last Tuesday that my family(DH and DSs) sat down to dinner together. It was so nice to have a somewhat normal day. I did go to my mom's earlier and then took her to physical therapy. She couldn't have therapy, though, because of an allergic reaction to the gauze pads they had on her incision. It was all blistered, so they cleaned her up, rebandaged her and sent her home until tomorrow. They also sent her home with a script for an antibiotic and vicotin (she has a script for percocet but it is making her nauseous so she's not taking it). She took a pain pill and is feeling so much better (she had been trying to only take Tylenol but she needed something stronger, especially since she is not comfortable at night and needs to sleep). So, I am actually spending time with my own family. I really, really don't want to go back to work tomorrow, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do :rotfl:
It sounds like some people have been having some tough times, so :hug: to everyone who needs it! Remember to try your best, come here for support, and do what you can! We are all worth it and deserve it!
I will be back tomorrow. Have a good night.
Jill
