Is it worth it? I'm trying to decide to join or not for $20 a month.

I can't answer since I've not used them. I tend to shy away from pay to play online groups. For me, there are plenty of free options. With these free pieces of info and determination I think my money is better spent in a gym membership.

Hope you do figure out what will work best for you. Whatever you decide, don't give up and keep on keepin' on!
