Good morning everyone!
Here's our new thread for week 2 of the challenge. Our "Just Say No" challenge seemed to motivate a lot of people so let's continue that this week and I'll post totals. Let's also continue our "Just Say Yes" to moving choices and exercise...I'll post totals for exercise as well. Here's the link to our Week 1 thread
Last week's summary...a total of 35.5 pounds gone, 53 "no's" and 8 hours and 5 minutes of exercise! :thewave:
We kind of talked about challenging the Red Team, shall we make it official for this week? Any ideas?
What are your personal goals for this coming week? Mine is to increase my exercise. I've been doing good on our Bowflex but I want to add walking in, so my goal is to walk 4 times this week.
Already today I haev 2 "no's" - to grabbing a cookie from DD's lunch box and grabbing some Pringle's while I was in the pantry getting her lunch snack out.

to worrying about what the people would think if I asked for a 1/2 salad and skim milk in my tea! Those are big steps for me.
I'll bet your pineapple will be much tastier and leave you feeling more satisfied and healthier - excellent choice!
