We're in the home stretch of this challenge -- time to pour it on and finish strong!
I was a samer this week but I'm okay with that. I do need to lose 5 more pounds to get to my goal and be on track for my July goal.
I have my first walk/race on Sunday and am raring to go.

Happy to do it! I like to share how we do things so people don't wonder.
Here's how it works: (these numbers are completely bogus just easy math for the example)
week 1 = 100lbs
week 2 = missed
week 3 = 90lbs
% loss = (90-100) divided by 100 divided by 2 (because its for 2weeks) =5%
Similarily, if you miss sending in your weight 2 weeks in a row, then the new weight is for 3 weeks, so I divide by 3.!

I felt a little off today so I didn't get the last bedroom cleaned. I did go out for a 1 1/2 mile walk though and I stayed on plan with my points.
Housework is activity in my book!

Sorry for the meltdown yesterday. I'm feeling better today.

I think I had a panic attack at the Y. They take my holter monitor off at 8:00 then I'm going to work. It's raining

so hopefully the pollen will be down today.
Corrina--enjoy your race! I'm glad the kids are adjusting to the new school. Those early mornings can be rough!

, Rose. Glad that you are feeling better today. Be sure and ask about your thyroid and hormones as they are working on you -- both could cause you issues or make what you have going on worse. That is a great point that you would never, never let your children or husband put off getting a health issue taken care of and you should treat yourself the same way!
