Do Crowd Levels Vary throughout July?

I am pricing out 2 sets of dates following the 4th for this July.
July 8-14, or July 15-21.
We have been to WDW over the 4th of July a couple of times, and I am aware of the crowds over the holiday weekend.
If anyone has experienced different weeks in July, or has any historic info on how crowds seem to progress throughout July, I would
love to hear your thoughts. We are going with our adult children and this is the best month for everyone.
Thanks so much!

Our experience has been all of July is busy and year to year which part is the busiest seems to change, based on what I have no idea. We typically do summer or holiday trips since my wife is a teacher and that is what works for her so I understand its what works as we have done the same for more than 20 years. As you know it will be hot and humid, parks will be busy, and the parks are open long hours giving opportunity for early or late days. I would honestly pick the dates based on what is easiest for the crew and the cost of travel - the crowds will be there for all of it.

Thank you for the reply. I am also a teacher, so we do tend to go in July or on breaks, of course. We have just always chosen to go over the 4th. This year, I thought it may be even busier during the holiday due to the 250th & it falls on a Saturday. Then, I started thinking that the week the 8th falls may have 4th of July travllers still there, so I am second guessing all of my dates. I somehow feel like it is always so crowded when we go, and then I watch a vlog when I get home saying crowds are low. Makes me feel like I get it wrong every time. lol But, "lower crowds" probably does not mean much in July. I appreciate your input!

Over the last few years it seems like Disney is always busy pretty much year round. I get to Florida for work a fair amount and have an annual pass so I love to stop in for just an afternoon if I am in the area. I was at Epcot in early February (not presidents week either) and the crowds looked like they do in summer. The days of the super low crowds seem to be gone. Good news is any day at Disney beats a day not there so have fun!

I suggest you take a look at thrill data website which has historical wait times.

FWIW, we went the week after the 4th last year and I was shocked by how uncrowded it was in comparison to our pre-easter trip. No lines at check-in, plenty of open tables in restaurants, transportation wasn't slammed. We did one day at DHS and felt like we shouldn't have bought LL.
