Please add me to the list too!
I am 53 (not for much longer tho
), married for 26 years and have 2 DS (22 & 19).
I eat when I am bored- mostly when I am driving. Unfortunately with my job- that is very often during breakfast and lunch times more than half the time.
So I eat stuff you can easily eat with one hand while driving. Salads are out!
I used to be very fit and thin. Then, when I turned 40 and switched to a more sedentary (and behind the wheel) job- the pounds piled on. I have done WW and it works when I do it, but I have been up & down & up & down too many times. I always dread the amount of time and effort I need to manage meals- always my downfall.
)
For now- I want to reduce my BMI to a more healthy level during this challenge. 30 or lower is a good start.
My next trip to WDW is Dec 6th- it would be so nice to be able to pull out some of my "smaller clothes" I haven't seen in a while!

I completely understand this goal- as it is mine as well. (Not on the Wii, but in general- but it might be fun to get a Wii....My goal for the BL - sounds kind of silly but I want my bmi to get down from "obese" to "overweight" on that darn wii fit!

I've been ignoring the number on the scale for FIVE YEARS and finally decided to take notice of how scary and out of hand it's gotten. I'm motivated and ready to take action and I think BL is a great way to keep myself accountable. We will be in WDW in November and I'd love to be feeling and looking healthier while I'm there (and stay in control so the numbers aren't higher when I get back).
ok, so I got ont wii fit tonight to set it up for excersise in the morning since you have had some success with it.
(1 month after the baby was born) and only +.9 lbs difference. Just proof it is time to lose the baby weight.

I need to have some accountabilty. Hopefully I'll be at my goal weight before it's over.

haha. I am hoping to lose roughly 80lbs total.
, so I have heard of there! Welcome and good luck!
