This is the first I've been on in a couple of days.
Congrats to the "losers". Good Job!
I actually lost 3 lbs this week and was rather pleased.
I hit the gym pretty regularly. I guess it showed.
Keep up the good work everyone.
I'm off to take the stress quiz.

I think changing jobs has certainly increased my stress level.
I got caught up in a celebration, had WAY too much BAD stuff to eat, and when I calculated it on sparkpeople this morning, I'm ashamed to say my dinner/dessert last night was just over 3900 calories.
So, I climbed back on the horse today and hit the treadmill hard. It actually felt good to be exercising knowing that I goofed yesterday (a very strange statement for me to make)
I'm not going to beat myself up. You have to live. You just have to bounce back when you fall. I dont expect to make the list next week
, but at least I'm back on track.
Did well this week, down 1.5. I think it is getting a little easier to avoid snacks that I don't need, and choosing ones that are healthy.
Congrats to all the other losers, and hugs to maintainers and gainers. It will be your turn next!
