Down 2.7 for me, for a challenge-to-date loss of 1.9 pounds.
Last week I was only up a little over my start weight, but I was up more than 2.5 pounds over my most-recent low weight (which came on 1/6). And I had hormones working against me, so I knew the scale wasn't going to move much until Sunday or so. Kept on plan anyhow, and even got a lot more exercise than I'd been getting in the past.
Next week may or may not be a loss, depending on the second set of hormones. Weather's going to be icky and work is ramping up, so the exercise will probably taper down a bit. (Mostly I walk outside in the afternoon.)

I have really been making good choices over the past two weeks and paying extra close attention to portion sizes. (I actually attend WW meetings on Friday, so I hold my weight over to Tuesday and then report). I need to get myself to the gym, or at least to the track to keep the pace. I have heeded the challenge and I have eaten breakfast almost everyday and I have avoided all fast food. I have gotten the water most of the time and avoided snacking or random eating totally. It has been challenging, but we are going to Alaska this summer and I am so tired of not being able to do things because I am afraid of how my body will fit in the *whatever*. I can so understand about the Astro Orbiter. I hope that everyday becomes easier. I am loving the idea about the white board. Thanks for sharing!
You guys are doing great!!!

Keep up the postive imaging and only only allow those thoughts - WE CAN DO IT - remember what goes in our minds stays there - so get that body image etched in and keep that vision! all the way to GOAL!
one where she and I work on using weights - I love it when I get to stay at home (wind chill like really really cold here) and she "stops by my house" for our personal training session
) it was only about 5 years ago, i'm sure she'll remember me.....hope you get to watch a good show!
I can't wait!
it's great to have someone to share things with!!
I finally went "public" over the weekend with my plan/goal to lose 40 Lbs. by the time we leave for WDW on August 8. I posted the # of lbs. I want to lose on the white board that is hanging on my fridge. Of course DH, DD and DS wanted to know what the number was but have been very supportive since. My DS gave me a huge hug this morning when I changed the 41 to a 37!!!!!
It is so awesome when family is so supportive! and congrats on your great loss this week!
