I FINALLY went back far enough to find the buddy list....WOW!!! I leave for a few hours & missed a BUNCH!!!

As for my Buddy.......:lovestruc :worship: :banana: :woohoo: :dance3: !!!

Still haven't made it to exercise due to the still lingering crud. DD is also 'needy' right now(yes, she's 16) while waiting for the blood tests to see why she is in constant side/chest/back pain & why her spleen/nodes is/are enlarged.

Hopefully all will be well and Monday i can jump back on the bandwagon with exercise.

My fav exercise is truly walking - outside - I have a fear of treadmills (another DD story) and have to hang on. Also I discovered swimming laps about a year ago & found that I have to concentrate so hard on not drowning that I really enjoy it!

I really like the ellipitical but the one dh got me is manual and its hard on my bad knee so for me its the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's, I just bought her new 5 disc set from QVC.com it was about 30.00, it will ship mid Jan:banana:
 

My favorite excercise is walking on the treadmill. We have a new one and it just needs to be put together, which better get done this weekend.

I went to the store today and got Diet Jello, Lean Cuisines and all my salad stuff so I am ready for the weekend. I am counting points and I put the point value on the outside of the box so I know what it's worth and do not have to think about it when I am ready to eat. :thumbsup2 I was so proud of myself. Now I just need to excercise. Like this banana :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:

My favorite exercise is most likely walking. I really want to look at DDR - does it come for the Wii??? I think that would be a lot of fun. I love to dance. I haven't started my exercising yet and my goal was to start this weekend.
 
My favorite exercise is working out on the elliptical machine! Gotta get into it again tho!
 
Hi all,

Did well today -Bosu class at they gym. Went out to dinner and only had a small salad and a cup of soup. Which is good for me since McGuires is known for really good food, not even any bread. So one day at a time.

I'm a little late with yesterdays question, but walking is my favorite form of exercise right now. I used to love biking, but haven't been in as good of shape as I was back then, and am hoping to get biking this spring and get and stay in shape.

I've been on ww for 4 straight days and have journaled every bite, and exercised three of those days, plus this morning. Gotta keep up this momentum. This challenge will definiltely help. Thanks dona, vija, and brenda for all your hard work.

My favorite form of exercise is running. Eventually I would like to be able to run a marathon (or maybe a half). I ran half the Pittsburgh marathon back in 84 or 85 so it's been awhile.

I figure I'll keep working out through the winter, exercising and losing more weight and then look to start running in the spring.

I am really determined to get myself back into a shape that isn't so round.

TMing allows me to exercise early before work - cause I am not at all motivated after work to get it in gear!

I am here to say OUTLOUD I will stay on-plan today!!! (WW point counter) weekends are the hardest part for me - but I already have food planned for the day and I did 3 miles on the tm and now off to hair appt and then a bit of shopping - maybe there will still be a bargain or 2 out there for me - I am down to 2 returns too - so hoping those lines are short today!

Ok, little late on this but------ The ones that I enjoy I can't do just yet. I enjoy aerobics and any form of dance but it wipes me out too quickly now so for now it is walking on the treadmill or in my neighborhood.
 
Good Saturday morning. I slept in this morning, if you can call 7 sleeping in. For me it is. I didn't exercise this morning because right after breakfast we started taking down the tree. The tree is down but all the stuff needs to put away. Up and down the steps to get and fill boxes. I should also do some cleanig.

Tomorrow I have to do some organizing of some of the costumes for ds2's school show. I work with a guy who does the sets and the costumes. We are doing Beauty and the Beast. THe set is massive and I know he will alot to do with it. He was doing well with the costumes because he had to be home for 2 weeks because his mom was sick. Last week during winter break he got sick so he didn't get anywhere with the costumes and he still has most of the set to do. We describe our relationship this way. He anages the sweat shop and I am in charge of the workers. I tell the moms what has to be done. Not alot of people can sew on a sewing machine these days so I rely on these people to sew on buttons and do a lot of painting and gluing.

Fav thing right now for me is DDR. The kids and I are really enjoying it so being able to get them involved with me is a cool thing. They are really into it for the competition while I'm in for the exercise. :-)
