I agree, the first few season's were so much better. You really bonded with the players. Now it's becoming just a yell fest and telling you what to buy. All they do is count calories. They don't learn how to eat real food.

Yellow team chick is a cry baby. Ok Don't care for Joelle but during the tempation she did not eat anything, so how was this her fault that she went home with Bob? & the yellow was crying & everyone is like she deserves to go home she needs to see her kids, waa, waa. then she should have eaten the food, she controls her own destiny & that is part of what they learn at BL.

Can anybody tell me why they were there? I missed the beginning and am feelign a bit confused.

It was a temptation challenge. The team that ate the most calories got to go home with their trainer. The grey team won. Jonelle didn't eat anything but her partner at home at over 2,000 calories.

Most of the teams didn't eat anything. Only the blue team member at home ate over 900 and the yellow team member there ate 200 because she wanted to go home and see her kids.

Oh my gosh. I love that Joelle was below the line. I got a huge kick out of Damien smiling as soon as he saw that Joelle was with him. I also like how Jillian's team asked Bob's team what they wanted to do. I love how there is so much mutual respect this time around. It's very refreshing. I hope Joelle is gone!

Ok, I'm watching the elimination part & let me just say...

highlight starting here: I am so irritated that the black team picked Damien to go home. I know they think that he'd be best at succeeding at home, but Joelle just brings everyone down. It's especially irritating b/c they made a big deal about respecting the other teams opinion. Ugh! Stop highlighting now.

WHAT THE HELL happened! I thought they were all going to vote for Joelle!!!!!! I can't believe those idiots kept Joelle. She is the whiniest cry baby and I'm sorry, no matter what Dan says she does not deserve to be on the ranch. She doesn't give a hoot about it, she doesn't care about her team, she doesn't do the work. OOOOOOOOOO, my blood pressure just went through the roof! My heart is breaking for Damien.

Damien and Nicole look awesome! I know that they will have their super sexy wedding. I suppose the other team voted to keep Carla instead of voting to keep Joelle. And I do wonder if Joelle would have been able to do as well at home.

And oh my gosh! Next week. I can't believe it's between Dan and Josh.

Why on earth did they do that? Is this one of those things where the producers are actually making some decisions in order to keep ratings up or what? And what's up with the preview for next week? It looks like it is telling us who the bottom 2 teams are already.

I am so glad that this is my first season to watch this show. It's too stressful for me.

They have never told us who will be the bottom two before, but it looks like Dan is in the bottom again.

But I did see their team mates come back. His friend might have pulled him down. He was still eating fried chicken for pete sake!!!

I thought the same thing! I didn't understand why she and her team mates got so honked off at Joelle. The other guy already beat the yellow team so she was already staying behind.

I thought that Joelle was left to create strife within the team.

I guess I am always for the underdog but I was glad Joelle got to stay. I mean Damien has his fiancee, poor Joelle would have gone home and been murdered by whats her face. Maybe this will knock her into a place of wanting to be there. I want to see what she does with this second chance next week. To me its gotten where she's just damned if she does or doesn't. They asked if she wanted to stay, why would she, everybody hates her and she probably feels all that hostility day and night. I can't help it, I feel sorry for her. I mean, at the very least, she's not evil like Vicky and Heba!

And while I understood why people wanted the yellow team girl to go home and see her kids, it wasn't Joelle's fault she didn't. If yellow girl wanted to go home, she should have eaten that whole plate of cupcakes.

I think they did that because they know people will be watching. It's a choice between the youngest and the heaviest- who only missed being the youngest by 1 year. It's going to create sensation because more than anybody else that is who people want to see stay on the ranch. I admit that it has me hooked just to see that.

Potential spoiler below.
I knew Dan was safe this week because there were previews showing his weight went from 421 to 406. And now they show the two bottom contestants for next week. You know Dan will stay because Jillian's team has more members so they will vote for Dan to stay. I don't know this for sure but it would make sense! Way to be suspensful NBC! Why don't you just go ahead and tell us who the final three are through the commercials right now!
And from a strategy point, it was better for people for Joelle to stay. I wonder is she has one of the issues that girls have had in the past that kept them from losing the weight as quickly. I know she isn't working as hard as the others but when you consider how little (relatively speaking) she has lost and she is doing some work - I am sure she is very sedentary at home - I would think she would have still lost a little more.

Joelle is this seasons Vicki. They want us to think she is going to go. It is all in the editing. There had to be conversation about the elimination that we didn't see/hear.

I'm not really feeling it this season. Can't get behind any of the teams. usually by week 3, I have my favorites.
