I think the dad and son need to both stay - the poor dad's stomach is so horrible looking from gaining and losing - didn't he say he tried surgery earlier in the show?

He had bypass. I know someone who lost 125 lbs, with bypass, and then gained all of it, plus more. Very sad

Gastric bypass I believe. Didn't work for Carnie Wilson and it didn't work for this guy.

Wow that is sad. I hope they both get their lives under control. WOw - 54 pounds is amazing. These are some of the best number's I've ever seen, but then again they are some of the biggest people on BL.

Maybe they realized how bad couples were last season and didn't realize it until it was already too late due to the stuff that went on with Vicky last season. So this is their way to not have so many couples.
